Kenfig Hill

Situated in the back streets of Kenfig Hill this small chapel is almost hidden from view.

Founded by the Roberts Family back in 1921 This little Chapel started life as a Mission Hall. Before the building of the Chapel, services were held in the local Labour Hall and then in an unused shop belonging to a member of the congregation. The Organist in those early days was Blanche and she recalls many Cantatas performed by the children. Also the first few Sunday School sessions were held in the then Day School (Tin School) behind the Chapel.
