As a new and emerging church, mission has been central to the work of establishing, growing and developing Broadlands Family Church. Our Mission objective has been two-fold. Firstly 'internal' mission, which has seen a new group of people come together, learn about each other and grow together in love and faith.Secondly 'external' mission, in which we have reached out to the wider community of Broadlands to share God's love with those who do not yet know it. In addition to the twice monthly services, there is a weekly youth fellowship (Pizza Club) for 12 -18 yr olds, house group bible study, and a monthly prayer breakfast. Alongside these activities there have been B-B-Qs, annual prayer days and prayer walks.
What will we do?
We will listen to any suggestions that you you have about community activities in the area- even if you think your idea is 'daft' or unusual - we will listen and do our best to support you.
What we won't do?
We won't turn anyone away from any of our services or other community activities on the grounds of their background, history, sex or religion - everyone is welcome to take a full part in anything we organise(if they wish to -there's no pressure!)
